Guest Services

We are very proud of our Ambassador Program at the airport. Managed by the Aspen Chamber Resort Association, the Guest Service Information Desk in the Arrivals area is open every day of the year.

The Ambassadors are long-time Aspen/Snowmass residents with extensive knowledge of the community and a passion for outstanding guest service. They greet every arriving passenger, answer questions, assist with transportation, hand out local maps and bus schedules, mail items that can't go through TSA screening, and maintain a lost & found department.
